Terms of Service
Last updated: Oct 14, 2026
1. Acceptance of terms
By using TwitterViewer you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. We may update the terms from time to time, and continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new version.
2. What the service is
TwitterViewer lets you view public X content, such as posts, threads, profiles and media, without an X account, and provides related tools: downloaders, an account location checker, a community member exporter, advanced search, bookmarks and a Watchlist. It is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by X Corp. X and Twitter are trademarks of their respective owners.
We only display content that is publicly available. We do not provide access to private, protected or deleted content, and we do not log into X on your behalf.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the service for anything unlawful, or to harass, stalk, dox or threaten anyone;
- use the location checker or any other tool to identify a person's home or physical location;
- send automated, excessive or abusive requests, or try to bypass rate limits or human verification;
- scrape or resell our output at scale, or interfere with the operation or security of the service;
- attempt to access accounts, data or systems that you are not authorised to access.
We may limit, suspend or block use that we believe breaks these rules.
4. Content and downloads
All content you view or download belongs to its authors and rights holders. TwitterViewer does not claim ownership of it. You are responsible for how you use anything you view, save or download, including respecting copyright, licences and the privacy of the people involved. Downloads are intended for personal use, reference and archiving unless the rights holder allows more.
If you are a rights holder and want content removed from our cache, contact us through the feedback form.
5. Accounts
You can use most features without an account. If you create one, you are responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information, and tell us if you suspect unauthorised use.
6. Pro plan, credits and payments
Pro is a paid plan billed monthly or yearly. Prices are shown on the pricing page. Payments are accepted only in cryptocurrency and become credits on your account, shown in US dollars. At the start of each billing period, the plan price is deducted from your credit balance.
If your balance is lower than the next charge, Pro stays active for a short grace period so that payment delays do not cause an immediate downgrade. Adding credits restores normal billing. If the balance is not topped up, the account returns to the Free plan.
You can cancel at any time. Pro stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and any remaining credits stay in your balance. Free and Pro limits, such as the Watchlist (Pro only) and its check frequency, are described on the pricing page and may change with notice on that page.
7. Watchlist and emails
The Watchlist checks public accounts you choose and emails you about new activity, at a frequency that depends on your plan. You can unsubscribe at any time. To avoid sending emails nobody reads, we may reduce or pause them when you have not visited the site for a while.
8. Availability and third-party sources
We rely on public sources and third-party data providers to retrieve X content. Content can be missing, delayed or incorrect, and parts of the service may be unavailable at times, for example when X changes how its pages work. We do not guarantee that any particular post, account or feature will always be available.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Information such as an account's region is an approximation and must not be treated as proof.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TwitterViewer and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim.
11. Termination
You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or if we need to protect the service or other users.
12. Changes to these terms
The date at the top shows when the terms were last updated. If a change is significant, we will highlight it on the site.
